In F.I.T. w/MFT, we use all the fitness toys: bands, dumbbells, cables, balls, ropes etc. to help you become more “functionally fit.” Improve endurance, resistance, and cardiovascular strength.
F.I.T. works for people who need modifications or progressions; it is designed to accommodate people of any fitness level.
F.I.T. will include core, balance, resistance, speed/agility/quickness/power and flexibility training. Improve your “functional strength,” gain muscle, improve cardiorespiratory and endurance strength.
